"Front desk staff mostly ignores you which isn't a bad thing but also they aren't helpful. Our room had no elevator access so we needed to go up stairs. The guy who checked us in watched us struggle with our bags and didn't offer any assistance. Granted I didn't ask either but an offer would have been nice. The shower is terrible...bad pressure, tiny amount of space and the water would go from hot to cold and back. Overall not the worst hotel but definitely not the best. There are so many other hotels to stay out. I'd stay somewhere else."

"This was one of the worst hotels i have ever been to. At first i didnt mind the small and crammed family room because it fit everyone; but they charge 13 pounds PER NIGHT for AC if you want it, so you probably can get a hotel with AC for a better price. I also needed to use an iron but there wasnt one in my room so I went down to reception to ask for one and while I was using it and there was an old woman who yelled at me for using it because I would “burn the hotel” with it. Not recommended at all."
