"Professional traveller consistently travels to UK. Staying 10 nights. Absolute positive experience extremely humble with the service from all staff members. Travelled with my older father who has issues walking. I was under the impression that the rooms we reserved were on the ground floor however my father had to walk upstairs in the beginning. The hotel staff and management were extremely accommodating in assisting my father with the room changes. Rooms are brand new beautiful bathroom renovations great beds. Area is excellent right near Earl’s Court. Stayed at many hotels in London and this is by far the best."

"Please don‘t base your judgement on the bad reviews – clearly many of the low ratings were written before the recent renovation. The location is fantastic & the price is unbeatable for London. Yes, the rooms weren‘t cleaned perfectly spotless, but absolutely acceptable and they made the beds and cleaned the bathroom throughout our stay. The room was big enough for three suitcases and the windows could be opened to let in fresh air. It was quiet (except for the street noise if you open the windows) and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of opportunity to charge your devices! The staff was super friendly!\n\nThe AC not working is only a problem during the hottest days of the year and this is London, not Madrid. If you want a budget-friendly hotel in a great location, this is truly fantastic!!"

"The room is relatively clean and the staff were helpful. There's an empty bottle on the desk. I don't know if it was from a previous customer or the hotel staff left it on purpose. 5 5-minute walk from the hotel to Earl's Court station is a big plus. I would give this hotel 5 stars if it weren't for the broken air conditioner and clogged shower drain."
