"i stayed for 3 nights. When I arrived, I was very shocked because the room was so cramped. The pictures on the website don’t show the real size. I could barely fit my luggage in the room. I had to put my suitcase on the bed just to find my clothes and make space to open the door. If you’re traveling with a small suitcase or a backpack, the room might be more acceptable. The cleanliness wasn’t great. The bathroom was okay, but there were some hairs on the bed. On my last day, there was a leak from the bathroom upstairs, and water dripped onto the bed.\nThe location is good, near underground.\nI think the Hotel needs refurbishment and be more clear with the real size."

"The elevator broke down on the day of our check in and nobody helped us bringing up our luggage up some stairs. It was a struggle as my husband and I had injured our legs just before we travel.\nStaff were unsympathetic of our plight and just ask us to speak to the manager the next morning.\n\nWe were given a room with 3 bunk beds for 3 guests. The shower stall was so small that we can’t move once we close the doors. Why make it so small when you have space in the to make it decent sized?\nObviously, the guests’ comfort and experience is not taken into consideration at all in this hotel. Glad that we only booked one night before moving into a much nicer hotel."

"Stayed here for one night, and while the location and price were good, the experience inside the room wasn’t great.\n\nPros:\n• Excellent location – A short walk to Earl’s Court Station (Piccadilly Line) and bus stops. The area is surrounded by restaurants and feels safe even at night.\n• Lobby and facade – The entrance and lobby look decent and modern, which initially gave a good impression.\n• Affordable – I got my room via Agoda for £45, so I can’t complain too much about it.\n• Luggage storage – A big plus that you can store your bags before check-in or after check-out.\n• Renovated bathroom – The toilet and shower area looked newly done, which was appreciated.\n\nCons:\n• Elevator not working – We had to walk up four flights of stairs with luggage, and there was no prior notice about the elevator being out of service. Very disappointing.\n• Room issues – Once you enter the corridor to the rooms, there’s a strange, musty smell—possibly from old carpet or moisture in the walls. The room itself had a mix of smells from the aircon, carpet, and dampness. Opening the window didn’t help; the air outside smelled like smoke or stagnant water.\n• Unpleasant stay – The room was compact (which is fine), but the smell made it hard to rest. I barely slept and was honestly glad we were only staying one night—any longer and I might have gotten sick from the odor.\n\nOverall: A budget stay with a convenient location and clean-looking lobby, but the room environment was not comfortable. Good for a short, no-frills stopover if you’re not too sensitive to smells. Wouldn’t recommend for longer stays."
