"Our stay at Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded expectations in every way. The only reason this hotel might be rated “just” 3 stars is the lack of slippers and small face towels — otherwise, it easily deserves more.\n\nCleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast was a definite highlight — rich, indulgent, and delicious. While much of it was highly processed (definitely more of a cheat meal), everything tasted great. The waffle machine was especially fun to use.\n\nWe were also impressed by the well-equipped gym, which even included a Peloton bike — a rare and welcome bonus for a hotel in this category.\n\nEverything ran smoothly, and the location is excellent, with great transport connections for both sightseeing and business.\n\nWe’d gladly stay again — highly recommended!"

"I booked a queen size room with a sofa bed, room for an adult and 2 kids. The app was easy to use and I could check in 24hrs before arrival and choose a room.\n\n.The hotel was very close to Waterloo station which was a plus for me, it was a 5-minute walk with lots of restaurants and places to eat and drink. Bus stops nearby and easy access by train or bus to most of London. The room was clean and modern, Breakfast was good especially because there was a waffle station which made my children's day.\nI found it a bit disappointing that there was no complimentary water or fridge, but lots of stores nearby to buy water. There was also a mini-mart where you could buy drinks and snacks in the lobby but it was expensive.\nThe staff were nice and friendly.\nI would stay here again mainly because of the location."
