"We contacted ahead of time to ask for ground floor because my husband injured himself and was on crutches. This happened after we booked so we weren’t concerned with finding an accessible hotel when we were initially looking. We were told they could accommodate us. We ended up on the second floor. They said that was the only room available. We could have booked somewhere else if they let us know that a ground floor room may not be possible.\n\nThe room itself had seen better days. There were marks all over the walls and the remote was very crusty and looked like it had never been wiped down. The TV couldn’t get any channels, even BBC, and just displayed a message that the signal was too poor. I’ve stayed in better cared for hostels. The hotel is also on a fairly busy road and it was a bit noisy.\n\nIt is close to tube stations and several buses come by as well. Not much else going for it based on our experience."

"We had a very pleasant stay and it was in the perfect location for the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, you can literally see it from the hotel! The service was excellent - we got a room change when we checked in due to my partner being quite tall, so they made sure he had plenty of space with the bed. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise! Just about had space to park which made life easier. Would stay again 😊 would like to have a full double bed rather than two singles pushed together, but other than that perfect stay. Air con in rooms, fridge and hairdryer too."

"The room was small and very noisy being at the front of the Hotel.\nThe bathroom was super cramped with no hand soap and the shower handle was broken.\nThe service was friendly however but we had to confirm our breakfast was included in our booking online as we almost paid twice. Well we did but got our money back!.\nThd location is what we was after so for that we gave a 4.\nThere was no option to leave star rating for the breakfast which is located in another building 3 flights of stairs down.\nI would leave a 3 star only because we was forgotten about and waited a while before we mentioned we still have not eaten.\nThe staff were friendly and super busy collecting a lot of used cutlery.\nOverall I think slightly over priced for what you get."
