"Outstanding hotel! Great location on the water, serene decor, close to shops, terrific cause (all profits go to helping children in South America), and the rooms were compact but comfortable and so cool! Included ear plugs, high quality tea and tea kettle, comfortable bed; and we loved the water view, quietness of the rooms, and innovative bathroom design. Shower had good water pressure and everything was clean and tidy. The bath towels were luxurious and huge! Highly impressed, fantastic value, and would readily return."

"Hotel provides great value for location. Close access to the cable car and DLR to the Elizabeth Line (if you’re trying to cut a few corners and not drag your luggage as much). The rooms are tight, but no complaints on overall sleep quality. I’m a light sleeper but found the accommodations and overall experience great! Very clean and appreciate the ability to control my own air conditioner temperature. Will come back!"

"A Disheartening Experience, Not Worth the Premium Price\n\nI am staying at The Good Hotel in London for five nights, paying $170 per night, and the experience was far below expectations. For the price, I anticipated much higher quality and value than what was provided.\n\nTo begin with, the room was exceptionally small, by far the most cramped accommodation during our entire trip. While the minimalist design may have been intended as an aesthetic choice, it ultimately felt more like a strategy to maximize room count in a constrained space. The lack of even basic amenities, such as an iron, was particularly disappointing and felt out of place for a hotel at this price point.\n\nMoreover, the hotel offers no gym facilities, which means guests must cross the street to the Crown Hotel to access their fitness center. However, this privilege comes at an additional cost of $26 per person, an unnecessary inconvenience for those expecting a more inclusive stay.\n\nEven more frustrating was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room. Instead, guests are encouraged to drink tap water or purchase a small 750ml bottle for a staggering $9. In establishments charging premium rates, such a fundamental amenity should be provided without question.\n\nIn conclusion, my stay was an overall disappointment. While the hotel may boast some positive reviews, they fail to capture the full reality of the experience. This establishment offers does not offer value, and for the price, there are certainly better options in the area. I would strongly advise potential guests to approach with caution, this is an overpriced, underwhelming choice for anyone seeking a genuinely worthwhile stay in London."
