"==Location==\nSadly the hotel is a bit far from the city's main attractions, but at least it is at a not-so-busy area, and there are both underground (metro) and bus options within 5 minutes walking distance. Also, there is a nice little food-truck near and a Brazilian bakery. There are also about three or four different schools near, so there were a lot of activity during the morning hours on schooldays. We did not feel that we were in danger when out in the streets (both at morning and evening), so I think it is a friendlier neighborhood.\n\n==Room==\nWe stayed 3 nights here. For me, it was not a bad experience, there was hot water, towels for both my partner and me (both hand and bath), and the bed was okay.\n\nThe bathtub had some hair strands still in it, but it did not really disturb me, I just washed them away. My partner was not so okay with it and with the quality of the room.\n\nThe floor indeed had some spots where it squeaked when stepped on which was a bit annoying but we learned to go around it pretty quickly and just does not get bothered by it.\n\nThe beds had springs which made them bouncy, so I can imagine some people might get annoyed when sleeping with someone who moves a lot when they are sleeping.\n\nAs mentioned before, the shower had hot water, but it took around 5 minutes to get it really going. The bathroom was a bit small, everything was crammed up and so there was no towel drying spots, so we had to put the used ones on the bedroom's radiator and turn it up a bit so they would dry out. Also worth mentioning that the shower curtain would constantly stick to my skin when showering and I could not find a solution for it, so I just gave up at one point and resolved to pushing it out the way once in a while.\n\nThe room had a small wall-mounted TV, an electric kettle, some mugs and glasses, tea, sugar, and milk packets. There was also a mini fridge, but for it to work you had to either unplug the TV or the extension cord.\n\n==Building==\nThe hotel is basically (or for me looked like) two row houses that were connected by the same garden. In the left building was the reception.\n\nWhen checking in you have to ring a bell for the receptionist to come, but then he will tell you the code to the doors (you can also enter from the right-side building) and how the lock works exactly.\n\nThe man who showed us around was really nice and friendly, told us everything we needed to know, and showed us to our room.\n\nThe hotel has a very cute old lady cat named Lucy who is really friendly and hangs out in the back garden.\n\nWe did not spend much time checking out the building's amenities, our three nights were basically about getting up early and arriving back at around 8pm (20:00) to sleep every day.\n\nAs for the nights, I never heard any noise from the rooms around us, everything was pretty quiet and calm.\n\nChecking out was basically giving the room keys back and that was it.\n\n==Recommendation==\nIf your goal is only to have a place where you can go to sleep during your visit, and luxury/extra amenities are not that important, I can suggest this hotel to you. It will not be the best hotel you have been to, but surely it will not be the worst either. If you have never been to London and are keen on trying out the double-decker buses, you will enjoy the distance you will have to travel to get to the city center."

"service was a great experience, super nice and friendly staff! room was quick okay for the price, the wifi worked really good, but the kettle in our room didn’t work as well as the TV, the bed was saggy and you could feel the spring with every turn but the garden was a great place to chill, kinda noise neighbourhood, but for the money absolutely okay!\n\n+ they have the best cat!"

"Excellent budget hotel near the Emirates stadium. Bit tired in decor but clean, safe and comfortable. Shared bathroom turned out to be in our room. Great if you are going to a concert as regular buses available."
