"We stayed at George Hotel for 7 nights with my wife and my two children, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and perfectly located. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and overall everything was in good order. Yes, there’s no air conditioning, so it can get a bit warm on hot days—but this is a minor issue compared to all the positives.\n\nWhat made our stay truly exceptional, though, was Natalia at the front desk.\n\nNatalia went above and beyond in a way I’ve rarely seen from hotel staff anywhere in the world. She did something to help us that I know she wouldn’t normally do for every guest—she showed a level of kindness, empathy, and professionalism that is hard to put into words. She handled every question and request with a warm smile and genuine care.\n\nIf every hotel had a receptionist like Natalia, the world would be a better place for travelers.\n\nDear George Hotel management:\nNatalia is a treasure. I sincerely hope you recognize the exceptional asset you have in her.\n\nDear fellow travelers:\nIf you’re thinking of staying at George Hotel, do it. "If you are choosing this hotel, it's because you've seen its location on the map and you want to stay in Central London. Those were our criteria (family of 3) and the hotel did not disappoint.\n\nThere are a few things you should be aware of in advance.\n\n1. This is an old building that has been converted into a nice hotel. There obviously is no elevator and the stairwells are relatively narrow. Lugging heavy bags up the stairs can be work. If this is going to bother you, this is not the hotel for you.\n\n2. We had a nice room on the top floor. I can imagine that this floor can get warm in the middle of summer (I think the hotel may provide table fans). So if you are someone who needs air conditioning, this is not the hotel for you.\n\nWith that said, if you want a lovely, no nonsense experience in a great London location, I would highly recommend George Hotel."
