"We had such a great stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean and the staff were really friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. They were quick to respond and super flexible, which made everything really easy.\nThe location was perfect too — really easy to get to, with the metro just a few minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and really nice, we felt very comfortable walking around.\nHonestly, the value for money was amazing. We’re happy we chose this place and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in London!"

"The accomodation was great! Really good location, just 5 minutes walk from the tube (just several stops to the center, the trip took up to 20 minutes) and 3 minutes from the nearest bus to the center. Around the hotel there were several shops and pubs, including Sainsbury's. The area also seemed quite safe and guiet. The room was cosy and well equipped. It was warm inside. Shared kitchen was also well equipped and spacious. In the fridge there were always basic products to prepare breakfast. What we liked the most is the flexible Manager's approach, who was really helpful. Thanks!"

"This hotel is based like a HMO. The idea of self check in is fine, but when we arrived and pushed the intercom to enter, we could not easily use the key pad to allow access. When we finally got in we were met by a member of staff, who told us where our room was and our key was in the room.\nThe entrance was dark and dirty with leaflets on the floor, stair carpets were worn and thread bare. Not the best start. We got to our room and nothing much improved. The key was not to be found and the room itself, although clean was very poorly decorated with lights loose on the wall, towel rails not secured in the bathroom, dirty shower tray, dirty shower curtain, no plug in the sink or remote control for the TV.\nWe went back downstairs to find someone who could help with the key and it was finally found in the drop box for when you leave, which the lock was broken on and was only held closed by some cardboard.\nThe communal area was not much better, the self serve cereal machine had cereal in it which looked like corn flakes but there was corn flakes scattered all around the dispensing tray, which were not cleared up in the 2 days we were there. The first impression of the communal kitchen was that it was messy and dirty, there were dead insects on the cooker hood, grease and washing up in the sink and general mess all over the surfaces. We at this point decided the only thing we would use the kitchen for was hot drinks. The fridge was well stocked with food for breakfast but the state of the kitchen put us off. We went out for something to eat and when we got back the kitchen had been tidied but not really cleaned and touching the surface it was very sticky.\nOur room was overlooking the back of the property so cannot comment on road noise overnight, but the back of the house over looked gardens and was very quiet. The beding was clean but the bed itself was very uncomfortable as the mattress had seen better days.\nWe were away from the hotel for the whole of the next day and if by magic, even though we had not mentioned it, a tv remote had appeared in our room on the bed. So we know we had not overlooked it the night before.\nIn summary the idea of this apartment hotel is great but the execution of this is very poor. We would stay in this type of property again but absolutely not at this property."
