"We stayed in this hotel on a Saturday night. The reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit tired but a good size and clean with a good shower, good AC and a comfy bed. The room was quiet with the occasional plumbing noise from the rooms above. We didn't get the breakfast.\n\nOverall for the money it was fine and we would stay again."

"I stayed at this hotel from June 14 to 16 and had a very unpleasant experience. Our room was unbearably hot it felt like a sauna and the air conditioning did not work. I reported the issue on the first day, but no one came to check it until just before we were checking out. Only then did a staff member tell us that the switch for the AC in our room had been turned off the entire time, and he finally turned it on.\n\nEven more frustrating is that the staff were apparently already aware of the issue, yet we were not informed at check-in, nor was any alternative offered. On the second day, we called again, and it still took hours before anyone responded.\n\nI submitted a complaint and refund request immediately after our stay, and now well over 14 working days later I have received no response at all. Completely unprofessional.\n\nI do not recommend this hotel. Poor communication, slow response to urgent issues, and zero follow-up. Very disappointing.\n\nVery disgusting treatment"
