"We had a good experience. The location is excellent. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The rooms had individual air pump AC. They were quite small but had what you needed. We had two issued crop up while we were there and both were dealt with so well by the staff. Our first room had an issue with the TV and wifi. The staff was so accommodating and gave us a new room. Then I left behind an item and the staff was super responsive and worked we me to make sure it would get it back. Would definitely stay here again. They started serving breakfast half way through our stay, which is new to them."

"In all the hotels I have stayed in, this would have to be the worst. You can't even call it a budget stay because it is pricey for the state the room is in. The location is great - walking distance from Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate underground station and that sums up all of the positives.\n\nThe room which was assigned to us was not symmetrical (I am not joking - not one wall was straight) and rather small for a double bed room. This resulted in barely any walking space in the room or place to keep our luggage. The furniture was practically sitting on top of each other. The TV in the room didn't work nor did the hair dryer (it had an electrical burn smell when you switched it on). Despite the room being dimly lit (another irk), the room did not look or feel clean to us.\n\nAlso, the housekeeping walked into our room without knocking. I am not sure why it was assumed we were not in the room but this was not appropriate.\n\nHonestly, there should be an option to physically inspect a room before making a payment. We only stayed two nights and I would say that was too long. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Okay value for money. Good location. Basic amenities provided, shower gel, teas and coffees.\nSmall room, it was only me staying over. It would have been a bit tight for 2 people moving around the room. Everything is a bit crowded.\nThe bathroom door seal is a bit manky and need a good scrub. Shower tray drain was blocked so I had to wait for it to drain every now and then so the tray doesn't flood.\nTV doesn't work, the satellite wire connection was broken.\nIn the morning, you can hear loud construction workers from across the road."
