"A Disastrous and Disappointing Stay\nOur experience at Dao Dorsett Shepherds Bush was truly shocking and left my family in a terrible situation. We had booked a one-bedroom apartment with a laundry facility for our family, which includes two young children and a child with a recently broken wrist.\n\nUpon arriving late at night, we were told there was a "system error." The room we were given was not the one we booked. It was a small standard room, not an apartment, and the so-called sofa bed was a single, stained mattress with no linens. The room was completely unsuitable for our family.\n\nWhen I went to the front desk to address the issue, the staff was dismissive and unprofessional. They offered a paltry 15% discount and promised to move us the next day, which was not an acceptable solution for a family needing a place to sleep immediately. The situation only got worse when another staff member brought in a flimsy single bed with insufficient linen and even laughed at me when I asked for a proper pillowcase.\n\nDue to the misrepresentation of the booking, the lack of basic amenities, and the rude attitude of the staff, we had no choice but to leave at 2 a.m. and find a new hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel and urge others to be cautious. The staff's lack of care and the hotel's failure to honor our reservation created a significant amount of stress and inconvenience."

"I felt like a QUEEN!\nEverything was wonderful!!! The reservation, the reception, the food and beverage team and all the staff were excellent!\nThe reception team was very pleasant and professional. Room was ready for my family upon arrival and even the breakfast was nice and tasty.\nThank you for this memorable experience! We are all grateful.\nChristelle"

"I’m never staying in this hotel again. One of the main issues is that housekeeping is only done once a week, which is incredibly inconvenient. I specifically asked reception to have my room cleaned that day and requested fresh towels and bed sheets. When I returned, the floor had been barely vacuumed, and the only noticeable change was that the bed was tidied.\n\nHowever, when I went to sleep, I noticed hair still on the sheets, the same visible stain from the previous day, and clear signs that the bed linens had not been changed at all. It was extremely unhygienic.\n\nThen I went to take a shower and reached for the hair towel placed under the sink — it had makeup stains on it from the day before. It was obvious they had simply folded and rolled the used towel instead of replacing it. This is unacceptable and disgusting.\n\nI expect basic cleanliness and hygiene from any hotel, and this experience failed miserably. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone."
