"We’ve had the pleasure of staying at the Crestfield Hotel four times, and each visit has been nothing short of a delight! The staff is exceptional - warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Their kindness is the primary reason we keep coming back.\nFederica, one of the managers, is outstanding. She instinctively knew what we needed and made sure we had a nice, comfortable, quiet room for our stay. The hotel’s location is ideal - just steps from both St. Pancras and King’s Cross stations, making it incredibly convenient for trains and the Tube. There’s also a wide range of restaurants, grocery stores and shops within walking distance, including those in the station itself. And let’s not forget the iconic Platform 9 ¾ at King’s Cross - what a cool sight to see!\nThe rooms are clean, cozy, and feature large windows that allow fresh air to flow through, creating a peaceful environment perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Every time we stay, we feel like we’re coming home to a familiar, welcoming place in our favourite city in the world!"

"Cute little hotel in the center of London. The rooms are small but super clean and well looked after. Nice bathroom too. The day receptionist was very nice and allowed us to check in an hour early as requested. The location is ideal for Kings Cross or St Pancras. The only issue as others have mentioned was the key situation where you have to leave them in the reception when leaving the hotel. While I understand it’s probably to reduce people losing their keys on nights out, however, this means that in theory anyone could come into the reception and ask for any room number that is still hanging in the cupboard behind the receptionist. We came back after midnight and the night shift receptionist did not question anything just handed us the keys. Nothing has been touched in our room but it just still makes it feel a bit less secure. Another bad thing is that the cleaners are trying to break into the rooms at 8 in the morning without knocking!!! It shouldn’t be that hard to knock before trying to unlock the doors."

"Rooms are standard, however absolutely manageable with a fan in the room during 33 degree weather , if recommend earplugs due to construction nearby, but cannot argue that- it's london after all. Rooms clean and have basic amenities. Best thing aboit the hotel is the amazingly welcoming and friendly staff. Was greeted by warm smiles from both Frederica and Anna. Both were really pleasant and helpful. Frederica gave some fantastic recommendations for dinner and breakfast nearby and that helped me with my trip planning so much as i was rushing to attend a gig. I cannot fault them. Would happily consider staying again for gigs."
