"BED BUGS! I stayed here for 1 night in room 305. During the night I woke up to bed bugs all over the duvet, mattress and walls. It was impossible to sleep and there were no staff members to speak to, so I left in the early hours of the morning. I have since messaged the hotel on numerous occasions and booking.com all with no response. I have both photos and videos. I also had to discard personal items and sanitise everything I took to the hotel to avoid an infestation at my own home. I have yet to receive any kind of response let alone a refund or any kind of compensation. The owners are failing in their duty of care to their customers to provide safe and pest-free accommodation."

"Terrible experience with bed bugs. Didn't show up until almost my last night when I saw bumps all up and down my arms and recognize the smudges on the sheets for what they were. Show the management they agreed yes bedbugs. Spent the next day washing all my clothes, replacing my suitcase, putting the new suitcase in the shower for the few hours that I had to remain and then left at 2 o'clock in the morning. Despite acknowledging their bedbugs, they have not refunded me And have not processed my Booking.com refund. I'd even stayed extra days beyond what I planned of course the bedbugs didn't show up until the last full day I was there. I'm thoroughly disgusted by this unsanitary situation and in retrospect, they must've known that they had bedbug issues there subsequently, I looked them up and found another report of bedbugs. I gave them many chances to make this right by refunding me. I didn't even wanna go public with the whole thing, but I'd realize now that although I am still expecting a refund other people should know what's going on. Coronation hotel hashorrible bedbugs. They will bite you all over your body and the staff will act like they don't know much about it."

"Great location. A/C controlled at check-in desk, and the first night staff didn't know how to change the temperature. Instead of calling someone to help, I was told it can only be set to 16 or off. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, mould in the shower, walls were dirty, and A/C was loud. The room is very tiny."
