"As a female solo traveler I felt safe here. It was quiet, the staff was super nice and the breakfast is simple but fine. The location is a five minutes walk away from Paddington Station. The neighbourhood seems also to be quite safe."

"This holiday was HORRIFIC !!!!!! as soon as we got their a fight between a security guard and a member staying they booth landed on top of my 17 year old friend !!!! Hurting her and staff didn’t even try to help,the food was horrible and chefs were rude we got kicked out at around 10:05 for a noise complaint which is ridiculous as there were people jumping into pools chapping on door and running away we had a boy shouting at us from our balcony’s and he then came to our door banging for an hour asking to come in for our snaps chats and the hotel did nothing about this they actually said to me “I wonder why he was coming to do your room” and looked me up and down in disgust (I was in my jammies) this whole hotel is ridiculous hundreds of people getting fines for nothing and girl who was lovely got a £300 fine hair for shouting “Goodmorning”. This whole hotel is a joke and someone needs to talk to staff all my friends I am with are 17 and I’m 18 we were all scared having to leave our hotel behind told we’re fully banned and we can’t wait for our bus in the hotel our flight is at 9:00pm we had no we’re to go with our cases over all all the staff are rude and judge you for no reason they have all these silly rules maids don’t listen to do not disturb sign and many people fighting for sunbeds do not come here this whole hotel is ridiculous and they will try and fine you for no reason at all there SCAMMERS who like to throw CHILDREN out into the streets with no where\nto go and not giving any information of what to do stay away from this hotel."

"If you're traveling with kids, would not recommend this. The room is so small bathroom is airplane size more on portable toilet size that's with a shower. No AC although it's cold enough outside you can open windows, however bugs will totally all over. Smells musty, No elevator very hard to take our luggage when your room is on 3rd floor. However the front desk lady i would totally give her 10 star. Sabrina she is so helpful and take care of us and very attentive. We were please with her service make sure we get everything we need from settling us for breakfast.\nThank you Sabrina!"
