"During our stay, my partner suddenly became very sick during the night, most likely due to food poisoning. We called the reception for help, but were told the only option was to call an ambulance. The hotel had no basic medicine available—not even something simple for stomach pain—and didn’t offer us even a bottle of water.\n\nMy partner spent the entire night vomiting, and no assistance or concern was shown. In the morning, after a completely sleepless night, we asked to check out a bit later so he could rest before we had to take our train. We were first given 30 minutes, then only one extra hour. No one asked how he was feeling, and no one offered even the smallest help—not even something to eat, like a biscuit.\n\nAt checkout, again, no questions, no apology, no understanding. The only thing they told us was that we could pay for a full extra night. For a hotel that claims to be 4 stars, this level of customer care is absolutely unacceptable.\n\nWe were shocked by the complete lack of empathy, preparation, and basic hospitality. I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise other travelers to consider carefully before booking."
