"Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!\n\nMy friends and I booked this place with the promise that our luggage would be safely stored, with the door locked and only we would have access to the code. On the day we were set to leave, while we were out, the owner irresponsibly left the door open for garbage collection, allowing a complete stranger to walk in and steal my bag, which contained my laptop, passport, and camera.\n\nWhen we reported the incident, the owner was completely unsupportive, careless, and downright rude. He showed zero empathy for what happened and made no effort to help recover our lost items. His attitude was aggressive and dismissive, leaving us to deal with the stress on our own.\n\nTo make things worse, we missed our flights home due to dealing with this mess, and despite his verbal promise to cover our flights, he did absolutely nothing to follow through. This whole ordeal has caused us unnecessary stress, and it was by far the worst experience we’ve had.\n\nDo NOT stay here—it’s not worth the hassle, the risk, or the complete lack of professionalism. Save yourself and your friends the trouble."
