"The hotel has a lot of historical charm and a beautiful old-world atmosphere, which I really appreciated. However, the rooms feel quite outdated and don’t really meet modern hotel standards in terms of comfort and amenities. Some expected services, like a SPA, were missing altogether. Also, the breakfast was disappointing — the selection was very limited for a hotel of this category. Overall, it’s fine if you love historic buildings, but don’t expect too much in terms of modern convenience."

"Our stay at Waldorf Hilton, London was amazing. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one. It was our first time in this hotel and everything is fantastic, from the Doorman who greeted us and welcome us, to the receptionist who assisted us and upgraded our room as a diamond member, to executive lounge staff who told us that he will just be there whenever we need anything, to the staff during our breakfast who warmly greeted us with smile on their faces up to check out where we have to leave our luggage to the Concierge and they are very helpful. We also requested for a fan and we were surprised that we are given a Dyson fan which helped us slept more comfortably.\nThank you to all the amazing staff of The Waldorf Hilton, London."
