"I wrote a review while my husband and I stayed at this B AND B during a London Heat Wave. The room was subterranean and poorly ventilated. I had stated in my previous review that the whole situation was a catastrophe and that has not changed! My opinion is based on that it is not a hotel for the elderly because of dangerous stairways and no lift. My opinion has not changed because APPARENTLY, the. AC has been an ongoing problem and until the ordered parts are delivered this will be a continuing problem.\n\nWhat has changed is the approach by customer service of the hotel! We had a four night stay and their original response was “there is nothing we can do about the problem of lack of air, we can provide two fans” to “ How can we resolve your inconvenience?”. Remi and Sarah, the hotel managers, apologized profusely for the situation and offered a generous financial solution! Because it was our last night in London and at the hotel, we agreed to the compensation.\n\nOur suggestion to the hotel management is to be honest with your potential guests about the situation! Close parts of the hotel for renovation and rejuvenation. Take the financial hit now because your hotel offers a terrific location to transport and tourist sites. Most importantly, your hotel employs a fantastic group of service people !"

"Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.\nAir conditioning didn't work. Speaking to other guests, this appears to be consistent in every room. As a result, had a very poor night's sleep. Room temperature never dropped below 25°C.\nReceptionist also confirmed all air conditioning was ineffective."

"Stayed here with a group of 10 to celebrate a friends hen do. It’s in a great location, right in the heart of Belgravia and close to the station. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, we would definitely come back and recommend!"
