"⭐ BED BUGS + SEWAGE SMELL + FILTH — DO NOT STAY HERE! ⭐\n(If I could give 0 stars, I would.)\n\nMe and my friends stayed here overnight after a show we attended in London. We chose this place because it was easily accessible — little did we know it was also accessible to BED BUGS!\n\nI was absolutely horrified — I killed two bed bugs myself and saw another one crawling! We left the room before our checkout time because it felt so unsettling and disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE — IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.\n\nThe minute we reached our room (top floor), we were hit by a horrible smell of rotten sewage water — truly unbearable. We had to keep the exhaust fan running all night just to make it even slightly tolerable.\n\nThe whole place was very dirty and unsanitary. Do NOT be deceived by the pictures online — they were clearly taken years ago and do not reflect the filthy state of this property today.\n\nAVOID AVOID AVOID! Pay a little extra for comfort and cleanliness — it is far better than going home with bed bugs and unwanted love bites from them.\n\nI will also be reporting this to the appropriate health authorities — no guest should be exposed to these conditions."

"The room had a slight odor, but overall it was great value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London on a low budget. There are also several affordable restaurants nearby, and Earl’s Court Station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city."

"This hotel is DISGUSTING!! DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are filthy and a health risk. Our room was putrid. The carpet was rotten. The walls had holes and dirt. The bathroom was covered in mould and so was the window. There were bed bugs. And the stench of sewerage was so strong that I vomited. The manager acknowledged it was not suitable and indicated he would accept a refund request. Once this was made it was immediately declined. Unsafe and uninhabitable!"
