"Had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn Greenwich. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. However, the hotel and rooms felt a bit more worn than expected, with some areas looking like they could use a refresh. Overall, decent value for the location, but the property could benefit from a bit more upkeep here and there"

"A well used, busy hotel. A bit tired but in a good position for visiting Greenwich, and we had ourselves a bargain when breakfast was added as part of a deal.\nWe had ourselves one of the newer style Premier rooms. Which was roomy. A large shower, mini fridge and purple lighting. The windows were locked firmly shut, so no fresh air available. Otherwise, comfy and to a standard that is consistent throughout.\nThere wasn't anyone waiting to check us in. So we braved the self service check in. And immediately required assistance, which came quickly. But still the need for a person present is required. I personally don't like the self serve world, and would much rather have someone to assist.\nAn easy walk into Greenwich. The station even closer.\nA great supermarket next door for snacks when heading out\nWe had a good 2 day stay exploring and resting."
