"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely spotless, offering a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. I was especially impressed with the stunning view overlooking Wembley Stadium — a real highlight. The food was delicious, with a great variety and all at a very reasonable price, especially for London. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!"

"I was allocated Room 1 on the ground floor. Upon arrival I asked as it was a ground floor room would it be noisy. The man behind the counter just snapped 'no' at me. Not the nicest welcome.\n\nThe room had a slight odour of cigarettes. I realised why...the window was open and the room is located by the entrance where people go out to smoke. This meant I had to close the window on a hot day. There were air fresheners in the room ..but it still had that slight smell.\n\nI decided to use the air conditioning unit instead. This thing was noisy and ancient. It took ages to cool the room and I'm not sure it worked properly. It was a very loud and old system. You definitely couldn't have it on overnight and sleep. It was very loud. The room was small and stuffy. The only decent bit was the bathroom. That was good and had a decent shower.\n\nI didn't sleep well as I could hear people smoking and chatting right outside my window. The corridor had a key fob system and I heard it beep every time someone came into the corridor.\n\nThe walls were paper thin. I could hear the man snoring next door like he was in the same room.\n\nI can't comment on breakfast as I didn't opt into that. Possibly the rooms on other floors are better...but I didn't see them.\n\nThe parking situation wasn't great. I phoned in advance and was told it was pay parking for 24 hours at £15. I parked on a side street about 5 minutes walk away instead.\n\nI guess if you add the parking cost to the price of the room you'd be much better off going elsewhere with actual free parking and a better room.\n\nAfter a bad night's sleep I was glad to depart."

"The hotel is a great well priced hotel. The rooms are clean and have great facilities. Having a mini kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave and proper kitchen sink is massive plus point.\nAlso, having the cafe serving honest food at a decent price is another positive."
