"A fantastic hotel with the most convenient location.\nFirstly, I have to mention how attentive, accommodating and kind every single member of staff is. All our needs were dealt with promptly. The cleanliness was outstanding of the whole hotel and including the rooms, which were cleaned daily if you want that. The cafe/bakery downstairs was really lovely with lots of options such as ‘collagen matcha’.\nThe location was right next to the Atlantis and Royal Atlantis hotel meaning you can see them in the distance which definitely makes your stay feel even more luxurious. This also meant it was easy for us to get around. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was really helpful when we wanted to spend a full day at the mall.\nSomething I particularly have to comment on is the manager at ‘20 four’ (the restaurant within the hotel), Nathaniel. His attention to detail, positivity and service made our buffet breakfast absolutely delightful and made every guest feel looked after. Nathaniel was really helpful with guiding us on what activities we can do whilst we are in Dubai, which contributed to our itinerary. All the breakfast staff anticipated our needs before I had to ask, which made the experience seamless.\nBecause of Nathaniel and the staff combined, the breakfast felt like a special part of the stay rather than just another meal.\n\nI would definitely return back to this hotel & would highly recommend it."

"Room was spacious, with balcony and perfectly working air conditioning. The beach with soft white sand is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Just cross the road.\n\nThey have 2 pools and 2 beaches.\n\nThe swimming area is enclosed with a net, which keeps the water clean.\n\nCleaning service was excellent.\n\nWe arrived very early in the morning (around 7 am) and, even though check-in was later, the hotel kindly gave us a room by 12:00. In the meantime, we could enjoy breakfast or relax on the beach.\n\nCoffee at breakfast was very good, though the fruit selection could be better.\n\nThere is some construction on the neighboring land, but it didn’t disturb us at all."

"A decent hotel. The reception staff and cleaners do their best.\nThe interior is not very modern and looks a bit tired in places.\nBreakfasts are quite varied, but there aren’t enough seats or staff. You can’t pour your own drinks, and you have to wait a long time for the waiters. Plates were constantly running out.\nYou can order eggs from the menu (free of charge).\nThe beach club was closed for renovation, but they gave us a voucher for a neighboring hotel (5 minutes on foot) with a nice beach and pool.\nThe soundproofing is very poor; our neighbors were very noisy at night, but security did not respond.\nIt’s convenient that there is a washing machine, but it smells damp and there is no dryer.\nI saw cockroaches running around in the lobby and a few ants as well.\n\nThe covered parking is quite convenient, but there are very few spaces. The valet parking is free, but very slow."
