The team that assisted with our luggage and the reception staff were welcoming and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a better view, which we greatly appreciated.\n\nThe restaurant staff were outstanding — always friendly and smiling. A special thank you to John, Sayed, Paria, Chandana, and Hayfa for their excellent service, and to the talented chefs Lucky and Ibrahim for the delicious meals. We would also like to recognize Omar, who kept our room spotless, and the rest of the kind and helpful Srilankans team members whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch.\n\nThe hotel’s facilities — including the swimming pool, spa, gym, and the breakfast and dinner buffets — were all excellent and added to our overall enjoyment.
