Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers

"I arrived at the hotel late at night after a 35km taxi journey from DXB airport which cost AED 126. I chose this hotel to be close to the Palm to go to the Sofitel early the following day. As their main entrance and lobby was closed for renovations I had to get my luggage unloaded from the taxi and put into a hotel car to drive me down to the underground car park hotel entrance where there was an independent gastropub called The Black Sheep, open until 2am.\n\nI got a very nice welcome from the 2 ladies at the temporary reception by the Executive Lounge on the 16th floor who gave me some cold water and watermelon juice along with an upgrade to a 40m2 deluxe executive room since I am a Platinum member of the Accor hotel chain which I highly recommend to everybody. I appreciated the large desk since I had to work online.\n\nBreakfast the next day in the ground floor restaurant Seasons was very nice with lots of choice including eggs Benedict made to order even if the muffins were rather dry and I took some mini croissants instead to have with them. The shisha lounge La Vue was next to Seasons and was enclosed for the summer with a/c units.\n\nThe gym on the 34th floor was decent with Technogym equipment including a leg press. There are only large glass bottles in the hotel so you might want to bring your own plastic bottle to your workout. The rooftop pool on the 35th floor was a bit small but was open from 6.30am to 10pm and there was also a small rooftop bar but not much space to sit and there were no showers in the changing rooms, just an outdoor shower at the side of the pool.\n\nI hadn't planned on returning to the hotel but I did for a 3 night stay and it was great. I got another room upgrade and was able to go to the evening happy hour in the lounge from 5-7pm which would have been better from 6-8pm. There was a decent selection of food and drink and enough places to sit.\n\nThe reception team of Aman, Chelsea, Lamia, Mahima and Mandip were great as were the housekeepers Hirumi and Shee and the porter Ifas. Stay there and you will want to go back again too."

"One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Dubai! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the metro and a short walk to Dubai Marina, which made exploring the city so easy. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with great views of the city. We especially loved the breakfast selection—delicious, fresh, and with something for every taste. The pool was clean and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai—whether for business or a relaxing holiday."

"I had 1 day stay at the hotel. Service was extremely good, staff polite & highly professional, the room was spacious and good enough for 2 guests. I spent the day at the pool. Water temperature was just right. Not cold, not hot but refreshing. The staff at pool extremely friendly and polite. I liked the food, it was tasty and healthy. The portions were quite big & 1 portion was even enough for 2. The location is so convenient with available valid parking. This place is highly recommended 👌"
