That moment of cool relief was much needed, and it showed the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort right from the start.\n\nThe check-in experience was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite. The extra space made a significant difference in terms of relaxation, offering a comfortable and well-appointed environment. Though I would have preferred a non-smoking room, I was relieved that the air remained fresh and clean, which speaks to the hotel’s attention to maintaining high standards.\n\nThe linens and toiletries were exceptional—fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully provided. It’s small details like these that elevate a hotel stay from good to great.
