"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel falsely advertises itself as 5-star, but everything from the facilities to the service was closer to 2-star quality.\n\nWe arrived at 3 AM to a room with a broken AC. Despite being told it would cool down, it never did — and the staff simply shrugged it off. I had to sleep using cold cans from the minibar to cool down, while pregnant. Completely unacceptable.\n\nThe next day, they moved us to a smoking room — even though we had clearly asked for non-smoking. The AC still didn’t work, and it took 2 days, multiple complaints and room changes (6 or 7! rooms) to find one that was just tolerable. That room had no fridge, no kettle, no safe — basic things any decent hotel should offer.\n\nStaff were unhelpful, unapologetic, and kept delaying everything until we were too tired to fight. And on top of that they refused to refund us.\n\nTo make matters worse, after leaving an honest review, the hotel publicly accused us of making a “malicious” and “unrealistic” complaint — a shocking and gaslighting response instead of taking accountability. They even tried to intimidate us by reporting the complaint to the booking platform and bringing up irrelevant details about how we paid. This hotel not only failed to provide the basic comfort expected, it also failed to treat guests with respect\n\nI would never stay here again and strongly suggest you don’t either. Save yourself the stress!"

"I left the hotel now. I came to book a room for two days. The reception staff received me very, very badly. It was like being thrown out. They do not cooperate with anyone because I do not speak Turkish well. They did not cooperate with me at all. They receive you with a face that is like being thrown out. They want to throw you out."

"Good place to stay for few nights if you lan in Istanbul,but it is about 45 minutes away from Istanbul airport .\nFood is good and breakfast is awesome.\nCustomer service is fine ,little bit language challenge depending upon whom you interact with.Front desk personnel are fluent in English.\nI recommend this place for few nights stay"
