Grand Harilton Hotel

"Here at the moment June 2025\nNice hotel but it is in the middle of nowhere, no shops or restaurants nearby.\nHotel is clean rooms are nice buffet breakfast is lovely.\nThe service in the restaurant is awful though,\nstaff do not have a clue.\nMain course came as we had just got our starter, drinks came when we were halfway through the meal.\nAsked for the bill and they put it on the table then when we looked at it they picked it up and just stood there waiting with the bill in their hands.\nThis happened 2 nights in a row despite asking them to wait until we finished out starter before bringing out the mains.\nThere are no other restaurants nearby so kind of stuck with it.\nDon’t get me wrong it is a nice enough hotel but they head to train the staff better.\nThere were about 5 couples in the restaurant and 5 members of staff.\nMy other half order a strawberry daiquiri and it was awful tasted like weak fruit squash with a few bits of crushed ice in it.\nThe spa is nice though lovely pool and sauna/steam room but the beauty treatments are very expensive and you need wear a swim cap they sell them but if you have one already bring it with you.\nI don’t think I would stay here again mostly because it is just factories and warehouses around this area."

"This hotel does not deserve a 4.5-star rating. The service has been extremely poor. I’ve been staying here for the past four days and have repeatedly informed the staff about the air conditioning issue, yet nothing has been done to address it. On top of that, the housekeeping service is disappointing — they only make the bed and leave everything else untouched. Trash, including takeaway boxes, has been sitting in my room for two nights and still hasn’t been removed. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.\n\nI don’t know why there’s no photos or videos to post to prove it!\n\nDon’t waste your money on here because you can find cheaper hotels with better service that’s my honest review"

"The hotel is as expected very good in all areas.\nThe service is very good all the staff are very attentive.\nI like to have a drink in the evening the barmaid Assel is exceptional very easy to talk to & always smiling.\nOn the whole an extremely pleasant stay in would highly recommend this hotel."
