"The stay was more than wonderful, the rooms are spacious and the place is beautiful and tidy. I stayed in an apartment with two rooms and a hall with an open kitchen. I thank Ms. Vesile who took great care of us during our stay at the hotel and followed up on our request until the last moment. We thank her very much. I also do not forget the reception staff for their wonderful reception of us despite the crowding during the hotel entry procedures. God willing, we will return to the hotel."

"Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience in Istanbul – Avoid at All Costs\n\nI’ve traveled extensively and visited many places in Istanbul over the years, but this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I do not recommend this property to anyone. The listing on Booking.com is completely misleading a case of blatant false advertisement. The hotel is filthy, outdated, and unfit for occupancy. Speaking as a licensed medical doctor practicing in the United States, I can confidently say that the conditions in this hotel pose a genuine health hazard.\nWhat we experienced, The room was dirty and unsanitary, There were stains on the furniture and walls, The showed clear signs of uncleanliness. Coffee stains and grime were splattered across the walls. The curtains were broken, full of holes. The entire room had a bad, musty odor. Staff was unprofessional and dismissive\n\nAfter expressing our concerns to the front desk, instead of helping us or offering a better room, the receptionist attempted to upsell us an “upgrade” for €200. My wife (a Turkish resident) and I repeatedly tried to speak with the manager. After many ignored calls and messages, he eventually answered and promised to resolve the issue — but never followed through. Since then, they have stopped responding to emails and calls entirely.\nThis was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I urge Booking.com and other platforms to investigate this listing. No guest should go through this especially under the illusion that they are booking a reputable stay.\n\nPlease refer to the photos I’ve attached they speak for themselves. "My stay at Rotana Hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — I truly felt at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained every day.\n\nThe soundproofing was excellent — I didn’t hear a single noise, which is a huge plus. The view from the window was stunning, especially at night — it’s hard to put into words how magical it was.\n\nThe Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the spa and pool were wonderful. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned the room every single day.\n\nThe location is also excellent — very convenient and close to everything.\n\nI highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for high-quality service and a truly enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back again!"
