"The hotel staff is nice and helpful, they were able resolve any issues quickly.\n\nThe hotel management needs to work on the hygiene aspect. The rooms were not cleaned well. Shower curtains were moldy and doors were dusty.\n\nThe bathroom sinks had to be unclogged as the water didn't drain well. If that wasn't enough, the sink was infested with ants the day after the sink was unclogged.\nThe sink was found to be clogged in all the rooms that we had booked.\n\nAs advertised, water heaters were available in all rooms, howerever it did not work properly, the water would either be extremely boiling hot or extremely cold, NO in between temperature.\n\nThe hotel also lack basic facilities. There were no tissue boxes in the room, no ironing facilities and to add to that no food was available within the hotel apart from breakfast. Due to this, we had to arrange for our dinner from outside.\nAfter all that, when we asked for plates for us to have our dinner, they were unable to provide us with that either, leaving us with no choice but to head out again to buy utensils.\n\nAdditionally, the air conditioners were not working properly either, the remotes wouldn't work properly at times and wouldn't cool as it should.\n\nLastly, the WiFi connectivity was not too great either."

"Floor 17 has not been updated. Floor 9 looks way better. If your floor in room does not look updated check the others and get a room change. Besides that, great location. A local breakfast cafe has amazing prices. It's called Sunny's... Can't think of the last name of it."
