Loft Bangkok Hotel

"Recently stayed in Loft Bangkok Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience, though there were a few minor issues. When we booked this hotel, it was mentioned that we’d receive welcome drinks and a 30-minute foot massage. But upon arrival, we were not offered either. We checked in at 11 AM, earlier than the usual check-in time, and the staff kindly accommodated us, which was a great start.\nLater in the evening, we inquired about the welcome massage and were informed that we needed to book a time slot, likely due to the availability of the masseuse. While this is understandable, it would have been better if the staff had informed us upon check-in rather than us having to ask. We never received the welcome drinks at all.\nThe hotel provides a free ride to the main highway, which is about a 7-minute walk away. From there, you can easily access the Platinum Market and other shopping areas. However, walking during the daytime can be quite challenging due to Bangkok’s heat, so the transport service is definitely a plus.\nAs for the room, it was well-maintained and a good value for the price. Daily cleaning is available upon request, which is convenient. Overall, despite the minor miscommunication about the welcome perks, the stay was comfortable, and I would consider booking here again."

"Stayed for 4 nights\n\nHotel looks modern and maintained\n\nInitially had a bad experience;\n\n- 4th floor, low floor able to hear the next door club music until 2am\n\n- No smart tv as advertised on Agoda\n\n- Aircon was old and loud above the head\n\n- Toilet wood features were moldy and water damaged\n\n- No separate showers from the bathtub and showerhead was moldy\n\n- Toileteries were very basic\n\n- The door was plywood and not very sound proof without the additional door latch lock was abit worried\n\nBut was moved to the 6th floor of the same room layout out of the good initiative of the hotel staff\n\n- It was a save as the tv was a smart Samsung tv with built-in Netflix/Prime/Disney+\n\n- Toilet conditions aesthetically were better\n\n- Aircon was a newer model and blows less quieter\n\nLocation was quite ok, surroundings were filled with 7-11 and decent massage palours\n\n10 mins walk to Platinum mall which links to Big C, CentralWorld and Erawan shrine onwards\n\nHotel location is also sort of within a “private” compound, where incoming and outgoing vehicles will be stopped by a security booth and had to take a ticket to be stamped by the hotel staff to waive else pay a 40 baht exit which once the grab driver missed out"

"Nobody tell about breakfast here 😭 no choice, they just serve in menu 😞\n\nGood room, but pricey with breakfast Wich I don't have choice to eat. We need to stay 3 night more here....\n\nNo laundry machine coins for customer, no free massage welcoming."
