Kaya Heritage Hotel

"High recommended this hotel. I had 18 nights and 19 days vacation. I chose this hotel to stayed all along for my trip because it’s very close to all convenience of everything (transportation, hospital, market, laundry, 7-11, food, famous restaurant, etc.) And the thing that I was so impress of this hotel is their services. P’Ann (DM) , Nong Golf (Front desk morning) , Nong O’nee (front desk night) , Uncle Ord (front of parking) and All room keepers, they are incredible. Any time you walk in and out you will see their greeting and big smiles. They always ask “Do you need help?”\nI went on raining season, everyday uncle Ord helped me to hold umbrella and walked me to the car. Room service, they are so polite and very nice. We always have mini conversations. They all are very nice. Room space is good enough for me. My husband and my son. I fit all my 6 luggages in the room. The bathroom is huge. My son love the swimming pool. Next vacation I think I still choose this hotel."

"Overall, the hotel left a good impression. The rooms were clean (although the only window was located in the bathroom). Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the room had everything needed. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help.\n\nThere’s a small cafe on-site where you can enjoy Thai food and have a coffee.\n\nIf you need to stay in this area of Bangkok, I can confidently recommend this hotel."

"I stayed at Kaya Heritage Hotel for one night. The room was clean, modern, and the building looked fairly new. The hotel is located in a local neighborhood, away from tourist hotspots, which gave me a nice, authentic glimpse of everyday Bangkok life—local markets, street food, and public buses right outside.\n\nThe staff and security were friendly, always willing to help.\n\nHowever, the hotel itself is quite small with limited facilities. The swimming pool is tiny, and the public/common area is minimal—just a few seats near the small parking space. If you're hoping for lively surroundings, it may fall short—there aren’t many restaurants or entertainment spots nearby, and the local food may not suit all tourists’ taste buds.\n\nAlso, the location is a bit far from central Bangkok—not within walking distance—and soundproofing is poor, so you’ll hear traffic noise and hallway chatter from your room. The tuk-tuk service offered by the hotel is limited to certain areas and specific times only.\n\nIn short, it's a solid pick if you're looking to stay in a quiet, local area or have things to do nearby. But for tourists who want easy access to shopping, nightlife, or sightseeing—this might not be the best fit."
