"I recently had a seminar at Graph Hotel for a small group seminar and thought I’d share my experience! The location is pretty convenient—just a short walk, 5-8 mins, from the MRT. If you’re driving, they do have a good number of parking spaces, but be warned: traffic in the area can get seriously heavy.\n\nWhen I arrived, I was a bit confused about where the meeting room was, but luckily a helpful staff member came to the rescue and guided me.\n\nThe meeting room itself was just okay—nothing too special, with slightly dated décor. But the real highlight for me was the foyer area. It’s beautifully decorated, elegant, and gave off a surprisingly impressive vibe. Perfect for photo ops!\n\nThe coffee break was decent—nothing fancy, but it did the job. The lunch buffet had a good variety, mostly Thai dishes with a touch of Indian and Italian (just one spaghetti dish though!).\n\nOne heads-up: when I entered the restaurant, there was a strong herbal scent that really hit me. Not unpleasant, but definitely noticeable—some people might find it a bit much.\n\nOverall, it was a decent spot for a seminar, with a few nice surprises along the way!"

"The staff here are some of the most helpful and kind I’ve ever encountered! I accidentally left my teeth retainer at the breakfast restaurant for about an hour, but the team found it within 10 minutes in a big food waste and ensured it was clean before returning it to me.\n\nBeyond the incredible service, the hotel’s environment and rooms are aesthetic and elegant—a perfect blend of comfort and style.\n\n10/10—highly recommended! 😊"

"The hotel is actually nice and convenient, walking distance to MRT and mall. Room is clean, staff are nice, but the wall is paper thin, you can hear people talking. Food is not that good and lack of varieties.\nThe biggest downside is actually one the receptionist, the older lady, not friendly at all, treat us like someone bothering her, no greetings, and the way she’s talking doesn’t feel nice at all.\nSuch a shame because the other staffs are nice and hotel is newly renovated"
