"For the rate it is quiet good but as other previous comment it is not a 5 stars hotel. Room and breakfast, quite good but a bit dated. Gym opening hours is 2 stars, only from 8 to 8. After a day of working, no possibility to work out after 8pm. Best is their location and option to have free bts card for the duration of stay"

"I would love to give this hotel 5 stars, but there are some things that really let it down.\nThe amenities in this hotel are great, the check in was smooth and staff are helpful. They have a coffee and water station from 7am to 7pm in the reception which was very welcomed by every guest. They also have a spa where they offer great massages for an affordable price. We had a promotion where we had 2 hour thai massages for 999 baht.\n\nThe breakfast selection was okay, in my opinion, not the best but not the worst either. The egg tarts and fresh fruits were delicious.\n\nNow, onto the room, which really let the whole experience down. We got a junior suite, which, on first glance, was spacious and bright. However, there is a lingering musty smell to the room, which we couldn't get rid of. Also, the bedsheets are not very clean, and the carpet in the bedroom was dirty. The whole room felt damp to the point where my clothes and the duvets felt damp after being in the room. I know Thailand is generally humid this time of the year, but we stayed in a different hotel before and it was nice and dry in the room.\n\nPeople say its location is convenient and central, but I didn't think there was anything particularly interesting nearby. We only moved hotels because there was an event nearby that we had to attend."

"Yearly we are booking this hotel , however this time we decided to take bigger room which is two bed room and we were surprised that the view is not good as family suite! And the room size was surprising that master room is the twin room and the other room is Queenbed as a family we need the queen bed room for parents and twin room for kids !! This is first time in my life to see master bed is twin bed ! Last time I reserved family suite (4 bax) and it was better view with Main Street.,when I asked them they said all big room 2 & 3 bed room are in other side which is view of buildings ..I am very upset and I will never come back to them ..it does not worth the money I paid …better if I take family suite instead of this ?!!! there is variety of hotels in Bangkok more new and bigger ..never come back..\n\nIn addition to that the towel as overused and they send me broken iron ! I don’t know whether they are deliberate to send to our room or they hotel used old items\n\nAlso they take around half an hour for any request ..so keep in mind to order earlier"
