I was traveling with my boyfriend, and we both loved how perfect the location was with everything easily accessible. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. "Stayed here for 5 days and their overall service did not disappoint. From the hospitable staff to clean room, I must say it was worth it. Staff always smile and are helpful. Rates are affordable and the location is conveniently located near BTS Victory Monument station. The hotel is right next to Center One mall, Lotus grocery store.\n\nTips:\n\n1. to make your 5-minute walk to BTS station even shorter, pass through the open parking lot (Tong Chit Bldg Dormitory) across the hotel. I took this advice from fellow Agoda user. I uploaded in the pic.\n\n2. If you are a foreigner, consider bringing your local snacks and give it as a treat/tip to hotel staff, tour operators, drivers. They love it so much as much as we love their snacks.\n\n3. There is a small food stall across the hotel that sells Pad Kra Pao every morning. Hotel staff and other workers from nearby establishments eat there. Try it too."

"The staffs tried very hard to solve our problems but actually the problem was not that resolved. From the first day we received the room, 502, the room smells like humid and has never been cleaned up before. We talked to the receptionist for like 3 times, then they changed our room to room 301 but another problem appeared. This room got bad smell in the toilet, especially in the morning, when the staffs going to clean up, I think. Also the air conditioner places at really weird spots, which only one side of the room. This made half of the room felt really cold and dry but another half felt nothing. Actually we really like the location since it's only 5 mins walk from the BTS. If the hotel gets changes, we'd like to comeback there soon."
