"EN: It's ok for a layover, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. The guy at the reception was ok and they helped with carrying our luggage. The rooms were cleaned and we had free water and instant coffee and provided with basic toiletries, the AC worked properly. But the hotel overall is old and outdated and located at the end of the street, a kind of shady location, but there was a Tops supermarket nearby and some 7/11 at walking distance of around 10/15min."

"Rooms priced reasonably. Not the best condition but good for the price. Not for a long stay. Very close to airport and amenities. Not far from main road. Hard to access with a pickup truck. Front desk agent could not read the name on reservation and kept saying we did not have the reservation. Make sure to check all the equipment in the room for operation and record it as they present the price sheet for any missing or broken item juat to avoid any misunderstanding or extra charges in future."

"I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this resort hotel in Bangkok was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I arrived, the staff made it clear that guests were more of an inconvenience than anything else.\n\nI was met with eye rolls, dismissive attitudes, and cold service at the front desk. I asked politely for basic information like Wi-Fi access or nearby recommendations, and was met with sarcasm or ignored completely. At one point, a staff member openly argued with another guest in the lobby – totally unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.\n\nHospitality is supposed to be about making people feel welcome, but this place made me feel like a burden. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. There are plenty of places to stay in Bangkok — do yourself a favor and skip this one."
