Executive Club at Windsor

"Interior looks a little dated in some areas but a good location on Soi 20. Friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Cleaning was excellent every day and the laundry service was also good. 5 free drinks every evening 5:30-7:30pm at the club happy hour."

"A charming hotel with a good location within 10 minutes walk from the BTS and there are many restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the 28 floor. The hotel provides free access to the club for high floors customers where you get free drinks and tapas from 5:30 -7:30 pm daily. It also has a sauna,steam bath and a pool.The souna was good but the steam bath was not as strong as it should be. Staff are very friendly and check in and out was very fast and smooth. Prices are very low during low season."

"Luckily me and my partner got this room on a deal which dramatically discounted the price. The basic pricing is completely unacceptable for such poor quality rooms.\n\nThe service and general staff are as good as can be expected but it is the rooms themselves that let down the hotel.\n\nRun-down is an understatement and I have included many photos to support my claims:\n\n- No power points by the bed in our room\n- No main room light only lamps on the sides on the bed and other side of the room\n- The main ac to the bedroom cannot be turned off\n- Bottles of shower gel in those bottles which you cant squeeze it out of properly\n- Room smelt bad especially considering it was just cleaned. It smelled as if they had used dirty water\n- Mold in the bathroom\n- Holes in the walls visible\n- Basic and crude fruit platter of literally a banana, an apple and an orange wrapped in cling film given to us when we arrived in our room. No finesse.\n- Hotel styled to include outdoor style windows which face out into the corridor of the hotel, very strange and little privacy.\n- Cockroaches in the breakfast buffet (pictures included)\n- Unclear pricing for things, they had a discount scheme going which neither myself or my partner was made aware of but luckily it was applied to our spa bill\n- no rooftop bar or any type of event for new years\n- poor level of english from the staff considering it wants to be considered 5*\n\nThe main saving grace was a decent view from the hotel room, a decent location and a good spa."
