"Went there as a family of 5, at first the service was good but slowly it got worse, the location was decent as it is in a smelly alley. Although there was a 7/11 right next to the hotel. So it was decent. When we wanted to check out we called the service and asked them if they can take our luggage to the lobby. On the call they said that they would come, but they never came, which was a bit disappointing but not the end of the world. There is also a gym which I liked very much, a lot of machines and dumbells , it’s honestly great hotel, I can see why it’s highly recommended."
