"I was pretty worried after I booked here on another platform. The reviews did not depict my experience at all. First off, I chose this place based on the location and the price. It was the most affordable 1 bedroom option that was close to the US embassy.\n\nWith that said, I felt this place was adequately stocked with cooking essentials. The important things like kitchen, bathroom, and bed were clean. The couch was in good repair. There wasn't a view on the balcony, but there was a balcony!!!\n\nThe staff were also friendly.\n\nWe visited right after the earthquake and was nervous. But there were no cracks in the building, room, or recent signs of repair.\n\nThe bathroom was plenty clean. You could go digging into the grout and clean it, but it is nothing unsanitary like some of the other reviews suggest.\n\nThe location is good for embassies, and the side streets to party were within just a block or two walking. For a busy city the place was plenty quiet. They also had 2 air conditioners so the place was really comfortable."

"The best thing about this place is it is quite.. soi 11 is just a block away. everything is nearby. note that u wont find any tuktuk easily in this road.. u have to walk a bit for food and transport.. u can always hire Grab from here. room service are not available everyday.. no dinning option here.. u have to order from outside or cook. refrigerator ,washing macine,oven everything are here. there are balcony also."

"Disappointing Stay at Dazzle Residence\n\nI booked Dazzle Residence months in advance, drawn by its high ratings, but my experience was deeply disappointing.\n\nOur initial unit on Level 2 reeked of cigarette smoke despite the no-smoking policy. After raising the issue, we were moved to another unit on Level 7, but this came with its own problems—a persistent sewage odor in the living room and bathroom. Despite reporting it, the issue wasn’t resolved, and the smell worsened, making our stay unbearable. Air fresheners provided by the staff were ineffective, and the odor even caused my spouse to feel physically unwell.\n\nTo make matters worse, we spotted cockroaches in the unit, further adding to our discomfort. Additional issues included defective chairs, stained floors, bloodstains on the bedsheets, and a loud, malfunctioning air conditioner that failed to cool the room. While the staff tried their best to assist, the property was fully booked, leaving no options for a room change.\n\nThese problems suggest significant lapses in maintenance, cleanliness, and pest control. Revisiting Booking.com, I noticed more recent reviews echoing similar concerns, which aligned with my experience. This has taught me to check the latest guest reviews, even for highly rated properties, to avoid such situations.\n\nUnless Dazzle Residence takes serious steps to improve its standards, I cannot recommend it to other travelers."
