"I hesitated quite a bit before booking this hotel due to mixed reviews, but overall, my stay was very nice. The people were kind, the place was clean, and the location was excellent—very close to restaurants, the beachfront, shops, pharmacy, and coffee shops. There’s a vibrant life nearby, yet the hotel remains quiet. The rooms are peaceful with no noise disturbance.\n\nThe room itself was comfortable, but there was no wardrobe or dedicated dressing space, which was a bit inconvenient. One small drawback was the air conditioning unit positioned directly above the bed, which made the airflow a bit uncomfortable at times. The balcony was spacious and pleasant, but keep in mind that monkeys are around, so drying clothes outside isn’t recommended as they might take your belongings.\n\nThe pool was very nice, clean, and made for a relaxing stay. The restaurant’s location right by the beachfront was excellent, allowing easy access to the beach and the option to swim whenever you want. A great bonus was the discount coupons provided for the main restaurant.\n\nThe service was very good, and the staff was consistently kind and helpful throughout my stay. In general, everything was fine, and I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay."

"I don’t know where to begin. Right from the beginning, it was weird and then gross, and then deplorable. Even the second room was awful with filth, noise all night, air-conditioning not working, no hot water, horrible water pressure. .....Like another reviewer said – smallest role of toilet paper; no spare. You need to ask for a toilet paper every time and they look at you crazy if you want 2 rolls.\n\nBoth rooms smelled of mildew. At first heavy perfume, and then the real mold smell comes…\n\nNo apologies, we had to practically beg for a complementary breakfast with all that went wrong. This hotel does not care one bit. How can two rooms be just as bad?\n\nOur first room – besides being dirty with mirrors that look like five years of toothpaste splattered on them… we walked in and our air conditioner had leaked water all over the floor and our items. After about an hour of them working on it, blowing a hairdryer into it and putting dust all over the room, they left. Two hours later the same thing happened.\n\nthey moved us. Next room, the air conditioner barely worked, it was slightly cleaner, but there was banging and music and noise all night long. The shower was just as bad. No bedside tables. TV is a joke.\n\nThe pool was nice. But if you bring your towel back from being at the beach, they refuse to let you trade it out for a clean towel to be by the pool. That was weird. He tried to make us feel like fools for asking.\n\nThere were ants all over the donuts at the breakfast buffet and items that they kept using over and over. I felt safest ordering eggs.\n\nThe girls working there seem like they are suicidal. They can’t even fake being hospitable. I’ve never seen anything like this. We are a retired couple who travel around the world and I assure you this is the worst hotel either one of us have ever stayed in."

"The only downsides were the bathroom, which is a bit old (but still does the job), and the mattresses, which could use an upgrade. But honestly, you're on the best island in Thailand — amazing parties, 7-Elevens everywhere, fantastic restaurants, white beaches, an incredible atmosphere — and everything is within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. Everything is stunning; it feels like falling in love with the place all over again every single day. The gym is great, the pool has an awesome vibe, and it's all super convenient. Go celebrate your hard work for a few nights! I stayed 9 nights and could have easily stayed even longer.\n\nDeluxe Villa with a garden view"
