"The rooms are comfortable and has good access to the BTS , walking distance. 3rd time staying in this hotel. Reception and security are the best.\n\nHowever, I must highlight that the bed linens will not be changed for the entirety of your trip. Bad housekeeping.\n\nEven when we requested for a change of clean bed linen every alternate day with a placard. Nothing will be changed. Same sheets, same comforter linens. Too bad if U like sleeping in clean linens. They don't do any housekeeping after 3pm."

"This hotel offers great convenience, with the popular night market just a 3-minute drive away, as well as a nearby bus stop and train station for easy transportation access. There's also a 7-Eleven right next door, making it even more convenient for guests.\n\nThe rooms are generally clean and comfortable, though there were a few minor issues upon arrival, such as a small amount of mould in the toilet and a stained bedsheet. However, these were just small inconveniences, and overall, the room was well-maintained and cozy.\n\nThe receptionist staff were warm and accommodating, though a little bit of translation or reliance on Google Translate was needed to bridge the language barrier.\n\nOne of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the pool – it's absolutely fantastic, offering a relaxing escape after a busy day. If you're into swimming, it's definitely a place you'll want to enjoy.\n\nThe food was good, though on the pricier side. That said, dishes like the honey bread and carbonara were exceptional, making it worth the splurge. Plus, guests receive a 10% discount, which is a nice touch!\n\nOverall, I highly recommend this hotel to others, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next conference trip. It’s a great combination of convenience, comfort, and service, making it a solid choice for both business and leisure stays.\n\nHopefully, when I return, there will be a sauna to enjoy as well!"

"The hotel and room were small, despite of that, it was indeed 100/10. The security guard is very friendly and helpful, they immediately help me with my luggage and always smiled at me. The receptionists are also friendly and clear.\n\nThe room is neat and very clean. No smokes, no dust, no hairs, everything is very clean, which is perfect for me who has allergies. The housekeeper did their job pretty well. The hot water worked pretty well. The AC is very cold, but its’ lid cant close so sometimes it makes a loud noise.\n\nYou can hear the street noises but it’s not too loud and for me, it didn’t bother me. I was just confused because sometimes the room shakes at night, it felt like earthquake. The location is strategist because it’s near two BTS station that takes you to Central World and Iconsiam. It also has balcony that gives you nice view.\n\nOverall it’s a very nice hotel. The main point is the cleanliness. It is a very clean and neat hotel. I would go to this hotel again when I visit Bangkok in the future."
