"Staff are REALLY nice. Super accomodating when our flight was delayed and were really friendly.\nThe hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the train station. The building and all the rooms are decorated in a super cool way! It is a little noisy but otherwise fantastic"

"We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a deluxe room, which was located right by the roadside. At first, we were worried that our sleep would be disturbed by the noise from passing vehicles. We asked to change rooms but couldn’t because the hotel was fully booked (we booked this room on the spot). But it turned out that even though it was next to the road, we could still sleep comfortably without being disturbed by traffic noise — maybe because we were so tired🫠\n\nAt first, we felt a bit uncomfortable because the receptionist seemed a bit unfriendly, but it turned out she was actually really kind and helped us a lot when we had trouble communicating with a Bolt driver who didn’t speak English. Thank you so much, Ms. Receptionist — we really appreciate your patience and help☺️\n\nSo far, the hotel was clean and comfortable, though the AC took a while to cool the room and the hot water took some time to run — but it wasn’t really an issue since Bangkok is so hot anyway, 😁\n\nThe hotel’s location is also quite strategic. You can walk to Batha Thong, Pratunam, or Siam Square, and it’s close to bus stops and the BTS station.\n\nOverall, it was okay. We’d be happy to stay here again if we visit Bangkok🤗 thank you cacha!"

"Great Value for Money!\nI stayed at Cacha Hotel for 5 nights and was thoroughly impressed by its budget-friendly prices without compromising comfort. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with AC, a comfortable bed, and strong Wi-Fi—perfect for travelers who want affordability without sacrificing essentials.\n\nPrime Location!\nThe location is fantastic—just a short walk to BTS Ratchathewi Station, making it super easy to explore Bangkok. Nearby attractions like Siam Square, MBK Mall, and Pratunam Market are within 10-15 minutes by foot or BTS. Plenty of street food stalls, 7-Eleven, and local restaurants are nearby, so you’ll never go hungry!\n\nFriendly & Helpful Staff\nThe staff were welcoming and spoke decent English, helping with directions and taxi bookings. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy every day. The 24-hour front desk was a plus for late check-ins.\n\nMinor Drawbacks (But Expected for the Price)\n\nThe room was a bit small (fine for solo travelers or couples, tight for groups).\n\nFinal Verdict: Highly Recommended!\nFor budget travelers who want a clean, convenient, and well-located hotel, Cacha Hotel is a 5-star choice. I’d definitely stay here again!"
