"The hotel is old, and it smells musty. My room did not have a window- there was a curtain that opened into the hallway. So I had to keep it closed the entire time. This was the main thing that bugged me.\nThere was no plug next to the bed - it said there was on the booking.\nThere is a constant door bell going off all night.\nPositives;\nThe bathroom was clean, and the room felt clean regardless of it being old. They give you water daily which I appreciated.\nI suppose it is good value for money. The bed was really comfortable and pillows great."

"I am currently staying at Bossotel Inn, Vangkok.We checked into Bossotel Inn on 14 May in Room 404 .The floor tiles were broken in the room .We had to ask to be shifted to another room. In this Room the AC was completely leaking .We had to keep bucket because of leaking AC .They said they need more than 1 day to repair AC. Breakfast options are very limited. We are staying here for four days and on the first day itself there are so many problems ,I don't know how we will stay for 4 days. I asked to meet hotel manager and they said Manager will be available after 5 hours ."

"Stayed there twice recently because a 8min walk from the French embassy. One time alone and one time with my baby. Family friendly. Got a massive cot for free which was highly appreciated. As I was travelling alone with my 10 months old this cot was a big relief.\n\nI recommend you pay a bit more and get a superior room. Much bigger, much brighter. The hotel is quite old, so is the room. For exemple there is no possibility to charge your phone next to the bed, which in 2024 doesn’t make any sense!\n\nFriendly staff.\n\nI don’t recommend the breakfast there. Quite basic. Only got it to make my life easier with a baby. You better enjoy what Bangkok has to offer for coffee and food.\n\nI will go back 100% when I need to go to the embassy again."
