"I stayed here for a duration of 10 days durring months July - August 2018.\n\nThe service is kind and friendly.\n\nThe location is bit far to walk in order to get to Siam Square. Sadly this meant booking a lot of grab taxis. It is very far to walk if your destination is the grand palace.\n\nThe surrounding area may look a little sketchy at first however never once have I encountered a problem with any locals. The people are friendly. The hotel is located in a car repair district therefore it can get noisy at times durring the day. At night it's perfectly quiet.\n\nThe rooms were somewhat clean, a little bit of mold to be found in the bathroom. The furniture had signs of wear and tear. The bed was very hard.\n\nThe walls are very thin, privacy therefore was a bit of an issue.\n\nAll in all it's nice place to stay, it has a few problems here and there but I can't complain too hard.\n\nI would recommend The Boone place as a secondary option."

"Stayed here for 9 day 8 night, staffs are really friendly and helpful and the room is neat and clean. Although the website states that a fee will be incurred for change of towels (which i think its quite reasonable for the host) but like a hotel our room was clean by the staff, blanket was arranged and adjust properly and towel was changed and placed on the bed everyday. The staff even decorated the room with roses make of pandan leaves (smells nice!). The only downside is that this place (situated at an alley) is a bit too far from the shopping malls, walking takes about 25-30mins. Also, it can be quite dark and dangerous for ladies who are going on a solo trip. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here! Thank you so much for hosting my friend and I :)"

"Booked 3 days to recover after major surgery worst 3 days of my life made sure we had checked in and paid before answering our email questions we sent.\nstates there are some smoking rooms on add but no threatened with 5000 baht fine for smoking on balcony . The beds are that hard i had to sleep on the small lounge on top of pillows asked to change they would not.\nand cleaner kept banging on the door until i could slowly get up and answer the door.\nAnother cleaner had head phones in nearly pushed the cleaning cart over the top of me in the elivator did not look at all and no sorry .i had a god dam bladder bag and could not get out of the way fast."
