Beyond Suite Hotel

"This place is avoid at all cost, so many hotels at these price points that are superior. We were taken to our first room where i immediately noticed mildew/mold above the AC unit. My wife tried the shower which was barely working and wouldn’t even get to room temperature. After reporting the mildew/mold to the front desk they offered to move us and we asked if the new room was the same way, they said we wouldn’t know unless a guest told us about it. Ok so they definitely are not cleaning appropriately or servicing these AC units. They moved us into another room on the same floor stating the hotel was completely booked at this point. First thing we noticed was a kid/kids and adults from the next room being heard clear as day through the paper walls. This room had cobwebs but no visual mildew/mold so we decided to give it a try. We went out into the city for a few hrs and returned. We put our key card in the slot to activate the electricity (common in Thailand) but after just about 30 minutes my wife said we have to leave and points to the AC and floor which was severely dripping water down the curtains and spreading across the tile flooring. This tells me without a doubt there is mold within the walls of this place not to mention the dangers of getting up at night for the restroom and risking a slip on the slick wet tiles. They do not have anyone at the desk past 10pm and no one until 8am just a security guard asleep outside as we were leaving for a taxi in the middle of the night. We returned the following day to return our card and check out for good. They offered us yet another room because refunding money just isn’t going to happen with this place they will tell you to dispute it with the company you booked through or through your credit card company if that’s how you paid. This will take you multiple days to fix if you can even fix it. I am lucky as my wife is Thai and could communicate the things I can not. We 100% we’re not going to take a third room option at this point and to put a final nail in the coffin this place is extremely outdated and the beds are like laying on a pile of cardboard. You have been sufficiently warned so book at your own despair. (As I am posting this we have been told the hotel is refusing to refund anything more than 30%. Again we spent roughly 35 min total in this dump. So now we are on to credit card disputes) truly beyond comprehension should be the name of this place."

"Room is spacious, Room I stayed in the sliding glass door on the balcony doesn't lock properly. The shower stall has two shower heads the shower head directly over your head doesn't work. If you want to have access to the hotels WIFI be sure to ask at the front desk because there is no information in the room."

"I paid through the app I used to book the room and the concierge at the hotel told my friend that I hadn't paid and charged her the same amount, so we paid double for 1 night. It is now a struggle to get the money back and we have to leave tomorrow.\nThe bed is very hard. Not worth the money."
