"What a great hotel, absolutely perfect. Staff is the true meaning of thai hospitality, they do everything they can to assist you in your every need. Perfect English and perfect kindness. Everything is brand new and the decor is so cool. They have free snacks at the lobby. Amenities are nice. Rooms are spotless clean and come in good size. Comfortable bed and quality linen. Powerful AC. There are options for thai or western breakfast. I really recommend it."

"It was okay. It wasn’t that bad but not that good either. The room I got: Everytime I hear cars and motor bikes all the time. It was very loud and annoying.\n\nIf you don’t put the “Do not disturb” sign in front of your door, every midday, the maids will bang on your door like crazy. I mean, they were really banging on my door for a long while. Never in my life have I ever experienced this kind of behavior in my travel experience.\n\nThe rooms are not soundproof. You can hear baby crying and all other sounds so well. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I have to click on the button many times for it to be activated. The toilet sometimes doesn’t work properly either. The flusher is not functioning correctly (sometimes).\n\nOn the other hand, the bed was big enough for 3 people.\n\nIt was a long walk to the BTS station. And there was nothing you could do except staying in the room, eating at the local restaurant nearby or ICONSIAM. Nothing else. If you’re a tourist who wants to explore Thailand, I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel."

"As of April 28, 2025, there is an ongoing construction of the main road in front of the hotel but, so far, I haven't heard any noise. The room is clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable (bed mattress is the soft kind). Towels are thin but of good quality. Toiletries are provided. Staff are friendly and polite. No 711 nearby. Iconsiam is around 7 to 10 mins via motorcycle (35 baht via bolt app). Coming from pratunam to this hotel is around 45 mins via car (I paid 178 baht via bolt app). Highly recommended!"
