"My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to its exorbitant price and inflexible refund policy. I paid 1400 baht per night, which is shockingly expensive for what the hotel offers. The value for money here is simply non-existent.\nI had originally booked for 5 days through an agent but needed to check out early. Despite explaining my situation and requesting a refund for the unused nights, the hotel flat-out refused. This kind of rigidity, especially given the high nightly rate, is unacceptable and leaves a very bad impression.\nGuests should be aware that if your plans change, you will not receive any refund for early departures. This hotel feels like a trap once you've paid. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for better value and more reasonable policies."

"My experience at this place was extremely disappointing. The atmosphere was dim and uninviting, and the overall service left a lot to be desired. The staff, particularly the receptionist, were unprofessional and quite rude. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and made the situation even more frustrating. I was especially taken aback by how much of an issue was made over a small stain on a towel, for which I was unfairly charged. Honestly, I should have just kept the towel. If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I regret not taking that towel since I paid for it."

"Rude staffs very old and basic facilities\nUnreasonable charge for the use of towels? What??? And after I paid, they immediately doubled the price. Hotel is very basic, outdated, old and dirty. Zero amenities. Location is good but the area is dodgy at night. No safe in the room so be very careful with your valuables. The worst thing is staffs from reception to breakfast staffs. Treated us badly. They even harassed my old parents who can’t speak English at check out. Stay far away from this place if you want to enjoy your family holiday in peace"
