Baiyoke Suite Hotel

"I just stayed on July 28, 2025 and checked out on the 31st. The receptionist was very friendly. The location is convenient near shopping areas, but parking is quite narrow for large cars, but small cars are no problem. Driving to the hotel is a bit chaotic because it is near shopping areas. Most of the hotel guests are foreigners. I stayed on the 36th floor and heard noise from the next room all night. There were children running around and leaving the door open, making loud noises from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. It made me unable to sleep. I had to call the lobby to tell the customers to stop making noise. Until I checked out, the staff offered various offers as an apology, such as late check-out and a discount on my next stay, and a free shuttle to the airport. But I didn't want this offer. Let's just say the receptionist was good, but the customers were quite inconsiderate. The room was quite old and had a rather foul smell, like the customer's body odor that stuck to the sofa and chairs, but the room was big."

"Beware. DO NOT confuse this hotel with Baiyoke Sky Hotel. They are vastly different properties. We stayed at the Sky hotel multiple times in the past. My wife made an error and booked into the Suite hotel. It is anything but sweet.\n\nThe staff and are mostly friendly and work with what they have BUT the rooms are next level bad. Cleanliness is not there, fridge had stuff from prior visitor in it, windows are barely visible through as the outside is very dirty and the bathrooms are 1 star at best.\n\nWe got 2 towels for the shower, no face cloths and no hand towels. No soap other than what's in the shower dispenser and the tile around bath tub has seen better days as well as the door which is rotting and paint cracking badly.\n\nThe maintenance is just not there. Breakfast for our 2 rooms was only available for 3 people total so ensure you select the correct amount of people when booking via any website or its 250 baht for each extra meal. It is a nice, sunny place for food but Sky hotel is next level for the breakfast as well\n\nI do usually very positive, constructive reviews but it can go both ways. I recommend the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. This was already paid for and couldn't cancel and change hotels."

The variety was satisfactory, and the dining area was spacious.\n\n● View from Top (43rd Floor): The view from the top floors is truly beautiful. Overlooking Bangkok city, it’s a treat to watch the skyline, especially in the evening.\n\n● Receptionist: A special mention to Ms. Aura at the reception. She was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. Her warm hospitality really stood out during our stay.\n\n● Swimming Pool: The pool is decent and offers a nice view. A great place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.\n\n● Location – Shopper’s Paradise: One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its proximity to Indra Square, Platinum Mall and the local street market. Everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient for shopping enthusiasts.\n\nCons:\n\n● Bellboy: Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with one of the bellboys (man with grey hair). He was extremely rude and arrogant, constantly demanding a tip even after we clearly informed him that we didn’t have Thai Baht yet and needed to exchange our currency. Shockingly, he even slammed the room door harshly, which could have damaged the property. Such behavior is unacceptable and leaves a negative impression.\n\n● Rooms: While the rooms are quite spacious, they are in serious need of renovation. The furniture, interiors, and overall decor feel outdated. Additionally, the bathroom space is very limited, making it uncomfortable, especially for bigger or broader individuals.\n\nWould consider staying again only if room upgrades are done and staff training is improved."
