"Things to KNOW BEFORE BOOKING;\n\n1) They treat it as a an apartment rental and only clean every 3 days.\n\n2) My pillows stunk and were dirty and the bathroom door had black mold on the bottom.\n\n3) BTS is a 15 minute walk away. Far. But can get a bike for 15 baht per person.\n\n4) There ARE NO ATMS anywhere in the vicinity. None. Always have cash on you!\n\n5) The Hotel/Whatever it is doesn’t sell water or anything at all. You will have to walk 30 plus minutes to buy water or anything.\n\n6) THEY ONLY GIVE ONE KEY CARD. If you are traveling with anyone they will be left in complete darkness after you take the key.\n\nCan’t even use the elevator without the key. But you can walk down the hot as hell stairs.\n\nThey claim it’s for “safety”. It isn’t.\n\n7) There is no attendant after 10pm. So if you and your travel partner are going to different places, you’d better coordinate cause you’ll be sitting outside in the elements until they return.\n\n8) One good thing; you can cook in your room. So there’s that.\n\nHappy Travels!"

"Booked a 4 day 3 night stay here from 24/2/2025 - 27/2/2025.\nOverall, it was quite decent for a budget. However some points that travellers may want to note. I will go in detail on each:\n\n1. The rooms:\n(PROs) Pretty decent sized, bed was big and quite comfortable, toilets were clean, and although no lavish decorations everything was in good condition. Aircondition was working well and there was space to store clothes and luggages\n\n(CONs) they only clean the rooms every 3 days so you kinda have to keep the room clean yourself, also not sure if other rooms have this problem but mine had an ant issue, like I'd be killing ants constantly, to me its not a big deal, but some people might feel that its a problem. Also, the doors if not locked can be blown opened by the wind, thats something thats quite jarring for me on the first night when i heard my door suddenly open. They only provide a small container of 3-in-1 wash, so if you'd want a better shower lather, bring your own. Floors were also abit sticky at times, so do take note.\n\n2. The Service:\n(PROs) Generally the helpdesk staff is quite friendly and helpful, they speak English too so it was quite easy to communicate.\n\n(CONs) They go home at 10pm, after 10pm, only the night duty 'officer' is around and he/she doesnt really speak English. And as I mentioned, 3 days room cleaning once. So don't expect 5 star cleanliness.\n\n3. The Location:\n(PROs) I gave it 4 stars because its located about 5 minutes walk away from an 7-11, and for those that have not been to Bangkok or have been, their 7-11 is like a 24/7 supermarket, you literally have access to everything. There's some form of road construction going on but does not hinder grab from coming and going. Also for its location, the walk back at night is generally quite safe, the locals there are quite friendly.\n\n(CONs) its located really out of the way for people that want to travel to the city center etc. And if you were like me, taking the public transport, its a 15minutes walk to the nearest station. and the station itself is also out of the way of other places. You can circumvent this by grabbing everywhere, but plan your time traffic in Bangkok is shitte.\n\nAll-in-all, I'd recommend this place to stay if you're on a budget / you're a backpacker crashing for a couple of days. Would not recommend if you're used to carpeted floor and nice scented rooms."
