"This place was amazing! We went on April 12th (the beginning of Thailand New Years, Songkran) and we were right in the middle of the action. Note that if you go here on those dates, which I highly suggest, you will be surrounded by streets that are closed down and you will get wet walking to and from the hotel so you have to be prepared for that. We used raincovers for our backpacks to keep our clothes dry. The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms have AC which was a really nice treat when it was time for bed. We didn't end up using the pool at the hotel just because the streets were literal water gun fights. The roads are open in the morning until noon so if you want to get out of there without getting soaked I would leave in the morning. The whole area is kind of wild (in a good way) but if you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs. We didn't have any problems just because we were exhausted by the end of the night and there isn't music directly adjacent to the hotel. It's also really close to a few temples so you can walk and see a lot of the culture as well. There are other hotels in the area but as far as I'm concerned if I were to go back to this area I would stay here again."

"staff are very lovely and service was fantastic. rooms are nicely decorated although a little tired - there was no remote for the air conditioning, the shower head is barely held in and fell out several times, for taller people this is a bit annoying as you cant adjust. overall if you're exploring khaosan road it is quite a good value for money. We were on the fourth floor and the noise wasnt too bad, but it was in the quiet season. Khaosan is chaos nearly 24 hrs a day tho."

"Good: comfy beds, great pillows, good ac. Clean comfortable bathroom\n\nNot so good: door has windows facing bed so hallway light shines into your face when you sleep. Hot water comes and goes\n\nBad: so close to Kaosan road you can hear the live band playing a rock concert from your bedroom. We were on third floor.\n\nGood value, cozy, likey too loud if you want peace and quiet. Would consider staying again."
